Shipping & Returns
We ship most items within 24 to 36 hours via USPS or UPS during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow at least 7 - 10 business days for shipped items.
The customer is responsible for shipping all returns and exchanges. It is recommended the customer uses a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance. Clara Ida Frances does not guarantee the delivery of customer shipped items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our return policy expires 30 days from the purchase date. Clara Ida Frances is not responsible for bank or credit card processing delays.
To be eligible for a return, the customer's item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached in the same manner as they were received. All returns must be received within 7 - 10 business days following customer notification. All perishable goods, such as coffee, chocolates, cookies, crackers, oils, food spreads, and salts cannot be returned. Lastly, body and bath items may not be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be placed in the return package. The Clara Ida Frances generated confirmation email may be used. The buyer is responsible for return postage regardless of carrier. The customer must call or email Clara Ida Frances when planning to return an item. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. They cannot help you. We review every item prepared for shipping. If the package is damaged and items are missing on delivery, contact us and we will provide further instructions. Be sure to take a photograph of the damaged box. The photographs must be sent to Clara Ida Frances via email to process the claim.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and if the refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Clara Ida Frances is not responsible for the bank or credit card company's processing protocols.
~Late or missing refunds
If you do not receive a refund, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted. If your refund is not posted in a timely manner, please contact, [email protected].
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are excluded from refunds.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, notify Clara Ida Frances by email: [email protected]. The customer is responsible for return and re-send postage. All items should be returned to Clara Ida Frances, 219 N. Main Street Winnsboro Texas US 75494.
